I helped one of my friends get it. He used a guide for the pigeons but we legitimately found all of the jumps. and markers.

i dont fuk wit tha achievements, i get too distracted by causing destruction, hookers (nothing like getting ur money back from them, u kno wat i mean right when they get out of the car u just do a driveby), blowin stuff up, making a standoff at random places, and commiting suicide
