Yeah I'm really looking forward to SH V and RE 5 too. I don't think there are enough survival horror games for out. But I hate bad voice acting too. Usually a game with bad voice work will have bad sound effects too and that totally ruins the experience.

O was excited untill I heard the guys voice...it sounds so lack luster like he's just a big tool who is trying to be a badass. I can't stand bad voice acting...

i enjoy this series so as long as the story and twists are as good as the others then i will defititly preorder when possible.

although that video was a little lackluster, ive been keeping my eye on this game and theres better vids you can youtube...but ive read that people are mad because they revamped the controls system in the game...because people claimed the controls added to the suspense of the game....but im sorry, not being able to hit ghosts with a pipe doesnt add suspense...it just pisses you off...if i have a pipe in my hand, i want to be able to swing it with the best of them. hopefully the new fighting system in the game works.

I agree with Matt that the damn voice acting is horrible. In addition it's being developed by an American developer outside Japan and not part of the original Silent Hill team. It could be really good, but I'm also leery of it as well.
